Meet the Librarian

Mrs. VanTassel has been running the Sierra View library for the past six years. Her love for reading is apparent each day, as she enjoys finding just the right book for each student. Mrs. VanTassel loves welcoming students into the library during lunch and recess, where they can read, color, build, and use their imaginations. Battle of the Books and Book Clubs are more events Mrs. VanTassel enjoys. As the coach, Mrs. VanTassel gets to talk about literature with the students and the important lessons characters learn. 

In her free time, Mrs. VanTassel enjoys time with her family and of course, reading.
