Attached is the draft waiver application filled out for Sierra View Elementary, and Webster Elementary schools.

All Staff members visiting the school sites must fill this form out when arriving at the school site campus.

Please see the attached 2020/2021 Instructional Reopening Plan for Golden Valley. Additional communication will continue to be sent out from the District Office and the school sites prior to the first day of school on August 17, 2020.
